Message	I bought a used chip and sent it to them to have it checked over and updated with the latest revision of their program. The only downside was the turn-around time of 3 weeks. They're quite busy, and this was the best timing I could get. Depending on what you need done to your chip, the timing may be better or it could be worse. On the other hand, the contact person I went through (Ben) was very helpful and took care of everything I needed. Drop me an email if you have any other questions. Dave N
